Moscow became the leader of the National Procurement Transparency Rating. According to the deputy mayor of Moscow on economic policy, Vladimir Efimov, in this ranking, Moscow takes the first place already for several years in a row.
“This indicates a clear systematic work of the contracting sphere and a willingness to respond to emerging challenges,” the deputy mayor said.
The top ten leaders of the National Rating also included Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, Tambov and Arkhangelsk regions and others.
A comparative analysis of different customer groups according to 40 criteria makes the assessment objective.
“The transfer of purchases into electronic form was a good step towards further increasing the transparency of government procurement,” said Viktor Simonenko, chairman of the organizing committee of the project “National Procurement Transparency Rating”.
According to Gennadiy Degtev, the head of the Capital Department of Competition Policy, Moscow customers have 210 templates of typical technical tasks, and free training courses are conducted for entrepreneurs.
