The Moscow Metro issued special Troika cards with photos of homeless animals, the Telegram-Channel of the Moscow Department of Transport reported.
It is specified that to find out what kind of help animals need exactly, use a special QR-code on the cards. Following the link, you will also be able to see which pets are looking for a new home and caring owners.
