Muscovites Invited to Events Dedicated to Anniversary of Lifting the Leningrad Blockade

Centres for social services in Moscow will hold a number of events dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the lifting of the Leningrad blockade, reports the official website of Moscow Mayor.

On January 27, in the capital’s centres, the event “We Remember the Besieged City”, concerts “Unconquered Leningrad” and “Memory of the Heart”, an interactive lecture on the history of the besieged Leningrad, a musical and literary festival “Eternal Glory to You, Leningrad!” are planned to be held.

On January 28, the Babushkinskiy Center will host a lesson in wellness gymnastics, and a lecture “The Backstage Life of the Bolshoi Theater” is also planned in the Lomonosovsky centre.

On January 29, the Yuzhnoye Butovo centre will organize a lecture on the topic “What is Stress and How to Deal With It?”. Besides, the Babushkinsky centre will teach visitors how to maintain health in adulthood without medication.

On January 30, the East Izmaylovo Center invites people to the Winter Mood concert. On the same day, the visitors of the Kuzminki Center will learn more about the life and work of Anton Chekhov.

On January 31, a Troitsky centre will host a retro-party with songs and dances, and a disco will be held in the Bibirevo centre. The Timiryazevsky Center will hold a master class in watercolour painting.
