Trainers will conduct free running classes in Moscow parks, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reported. These are Kuzminki, Sadovniki, Dubki, Izmailovsky parks, as well as the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve and the Olympic Village Park.
It is specified that every Wednesday at 7.30 pm in the central part of Izmailovsky Park, strength training with elements of crossfit takes place, on Thursdays at 8 pm a running training starts in the Olympic Village park. The training at the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30 pm. In the Sadovniki and Kuzminki parks, you can join a training session on Tuesdays at 7 pm and on Saturdays at 9 am.
Also, regular running training in Kuzminki Park is held on Thursdays at 8 pm and on Sundays at 8 am. In Dubki Park, the training is held on Sundays at the sports ground at 8.45 am. The longest-running route is located in Gorky Park, and in Fili Park, along the Moskva River. In addition, free outdoor sports training takes place in Moscow recreation areas, namely in the parks Severnoye Tushino, Khodynskoye Pole, Vorontsovsky Park, and others.
