In 2022, three-bedroom flats were named the most popular type of luxury housing among Muscovites, which is stated in a study by the Intermark Real Estate agency.
It is specified that the share of transactions with this type of flats reached 32 per cent. Two-bedroom flats were also considered a popular type of housing, and accounted for a share of 28 per cent. The top 3 of the list were closed by flats with four bedrooms. Over the year, their share in the total volume of transactions increased to 21 per cent. One-bedroom flats accounted for 18 per cent.
As for the most popular locations, Presnensky district of Moscow turned out to be the most popular, where 35 per cent of the total number of transactions were concluded. The second line was taken by Khamovniki, and the third, by Tverskoy district.
