Young people under 18 will go through the full cycle of creating their enterprise: from the concept to protecting all the nuances in front of game experts. And the finalists will receive grants to develop their business.
At the Chelyabinsk State University, the regional headquarters of the international competition “My First Business” (one of the flagship projects of the presidential platform “Russia – the country of opportunities”) has opened.
Anna, Elizabeth and Victoria are only 16 years old, but they came to the competition with a ready-made startup. Such a young age is not a hindrance for an entrepreneur, because the sooner one starts, the more he will have time. However, there are those who are only getting acquainted with the business industry.
To make the acquaintance interesting, the organizers held the financial game Megapolis. The point is simple – to earn as much money as possible.
“The participant needs to complete various tasks of a completely different orientation: from sports and intellectual, to creative and, in general, even related to investments,” said Egor Tyukulmin, regional leader of the contest “My first business” in Chelyabinsk.
The project “My first business” was launched in 2017, when 408 thousand students applied for participation. In the past, their number exceeded 675 thousand people not only from Russia but also from 53 countries of the world. The competition is being implemented as part of the federal project “Social Lifts for Everyone” of the national project “Education”.
