Large families of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan, will be allocated about 1,000 land plots for free, KazanFirst reports.
The city authorities noted that there is a need to create an infrastructure on the allotted lands, including gas and water supply, electricity, and road construction. According to the Head of the City, Nail Magdeev, in order to equip roads, carry out lighting and power supply, 1 billion rubles are needed. He also noted that this question was already raised in the City Council.
