New lighting will be provided for more than 400 streets of the Moscow region this year. This will be implemented as part of the Bright City program, Radio 1 reports.
“More than 2,000 streets, 8 squares, 738 courtyards have already been illuminated, and architectural and artistic lighting has appeared at 151 objects,” noted the Minister of Regional Improvement Mikhail Khaikin.
Mikhail told that in 2020 it is planned to cover 606 objects in 44 municipalities, 85 domestic territories, and 9 squares. There also 55 objects will be decorated with special lighting in 7 city districts.
