Specialists of the SuperJob job search service surveyed Russians on their attitude towards their management’s feedback – is there enough of it for employees or if they lack it. It turned out that most employees in Russia are quite satisfied with the amount of feedback they receive from their bosses (41%).
In turn, 39 per cent of respondents claim there is not enough of their management’s feedback and 20 per cent almost never receive it at all. Particularly, employees with a salary of 80 thousand rubles or more complained less often about the lack of feedback from their management (17 per cent). People who do not have enough management feedback on the results of their work are mostly those working on the territory of an employer (22 per cent, among those who are remote – the least (13 per cent).
