Next year, the 2020 New Wave music competition will be held in Kazan. This was announced at a press conference dedicated to the gala concert of the IV festival “Dobraya Volna”, by National Artist of Russia and composer Igor Krutoy.
“In the year of the centenary of Tatarstan, the New Wave will be in Kazan, I am sure we will succeed. Now everything is under negotiation. This will be a major event for approximately 1.3 thousand participants,” said the producer.
According to preliminary data, the event will be held at the Sports Palace.
According to the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, they try to present new projects to residents and guests and will be glad to see on the New Wave Festival not only their neighbours from the Volga region but also guests from abroad.
