The II Petersburg New Year Book Salon will be opened at the ARTPLAY design center in St. Petersburg on December 14, Nevsky Novosti newspaper writes.
As part of the event the awarding of the winners of the literary contest “Unknown Petersburg” will be held. Its main theme is the Year of the Theater and the summing up of the Planet Zoshchenko contest.
Visitors of the event will be able to get acquainted with book novelties, as well as meet popular writers. Besides, everyone will be able to visit the round tables and become spectators of the performances of novice artists. Guests will also be invited to a gastronomic holiday called “Vkusfest”.
The book salon will work until December 17. In 2018, it was visited by more than 15 thousand people.
