Volunteers of the Kuibyshev Youth Centre organized a charitable event “A Bowl of Good”, VN.ru reports. They collected several bags of food and vitamins for homeless animals and handed them over to the city shelter.
Currently, two dozen dogs live in the shelter. For visits, the shelter is open daily from 1 pm to 5 pm. During this time, people can feed the dogs and play with them. It is specified that the volunteers collected gifts for the pets of the shelter from dozens of residents of the region. This was done now because, before the onset of cold weather, it is necessary to insulate the enclosures and start heating the feed kitchen. It is noted that there will also be a hospital for overexposure of postoperative animals.
