An adaptive factory has appeared in the Novosibirsk region, where people with disabilities are taught to sew clothes. They give students sewing machines and hold masterclasses for them, VN.ru reports.
The Head of the adaptive factory said that earlier sewing courses for disabled people were held in the workshop but it did not suit everyone. Now the students are watching the lessons online. After the courses, those who wish will be able to stay and work in the workshop.
It is specified that the idea of an adaptive factory was supported by the Presidential Grants Fund. The first set consists of 20 people with disabilities, 5 of which are residents of the Novosibirsk region. The next recruitment is scheduled for April 2021. It is noted that in three months, participants will be able to create about ten sets of clothes.
