Experts at the Russian Institute of Nutrition and Biotechnology will begin work in a contact centre, the main task of which is to advise Russians on nutrition during the period of the coronavirus pandemic, the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection (Rospotrebnadzor) reports.
Specialists will help Russians during self-isolation to make a diet taking into account the rules of optimal nutrition and the recommended set of products, which is included in the average daily diet of children and adults. Experts will also consider the chemical composition and energy value of the products, advise on cooking methods, and give tips on organizing physical activity. The hotline is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm Moscow time, by number 8 (495) 150-95-41.
