Omsk Companies Started Using Targeted SMS-Mailing More Often

In the Omsk region, there is a sharp demand for digital services that allow entrepreneurs to independently carry out targeted SMS-mailing, the number of which has tripled, om1 reports. The service is available for individuals and legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs who are subscribers of any operators. 

Since the beginning of April 2020, Omsk entrepreneurs have started to use targeted communications with narrow target audiences more often. The greatest demand for it was recorded in the period from June 1 to August 1, 2020, when restrictions were gradually lifted in the Omsk region. The restaurant business and retail became the leader and accounted for 60 per cent of new requests.

Significant growth is also noted in the field of non-product retail (about 25 per cent of connections), of which the bulk fell on stores of building and household materials, clothing, and cosmetics. This is followed by the service sector (beauty salons and photo studios) about 15 per cent of connections.
