In the first five months of this year, the businesses in the Omsk region recorded profits. The positive financial result amounted to 19.6 billion rubles, which is only 2.6% less than in the same period last year, om1 reported with reference to the city statistics service (Omskstat).
It is noted that two thirds of industrialists showed a positive balance (372 organizations, which is 67.1% of the total). Their profit has increased and amounted to 25.3 billion rubles. It is specified that half of the profit received is from manufacturing (46.8%); the enterprise in the field of transportation and storage accounts for 19.1%, and in the housing and communal services sector for 14.4%.
