The Theatre Arts Museum invites young people from Omsk to take part in interactive foreign language classes that will help them in a preparation for a performance. The Department of Culture of the Omsk City Hall reported that there is a recruitment of schoolchildren with basic knowledge of English who will study vocabulary, phonetics, and grammar.
It is noted that the classes with schoolchildren will be conducted using the author’s methodology “Playing Shakespeare in the Original” which implies lessons in English and acting. Children will be divided into two age groups: junior (grades 2-4) and middle (grades 5-8). At the end of the course, children will stage a play in English “Alice in Wonderland”.
