On Sunday, October 25, Russia will celebrate Motorist Day which is met with an excellent performance by employees of the motor transport department of Omsk Water Utilities. Over the past 5 years, the vehicle fleet of the enterprise has been renewed by more than 50 per cent and now there are 240 vehicles.
It is specified that this summer, the company received 25 units of new special equipment. These are tractors and carts for them, an excavator, an excavator-loader, a trawl for transporting a caterpillar excavator, an all-metal gazelle, watering machines, and a trailer for horizontal directional drilling.
It is also noted that all this equipment is operated by highly qualified drivers, crane operators, excavator operators, and tractor drivers, supported by dispatchers who release cars on a flight, duty mechanics who check the state of equipment, and heads of departments coordinating the work of brigades.
