Online Courses for Self-Employed to Be Launched in Moscow

The ‘My Career’ Moscow centre will open new online courses for self-employed which will be conducted by certified trainers and experts, the press service of the Moscow Department of Labour and Social Protection of the Population reports.  

It is noted that the new programmes will lay the foundation for starting a business with an understanding of the opportunities for its development. According to the head of the Department, Evgeny Struzhak, the city’s employment centres should help citizens with the development of such a format of work.

In particular, the “Self-Employment Accelerator” will be launched on January 18, 2021. Students will be helped to determine the field of activity, deal with legal issues in the status of self-employed, and taught how to find an approach to new clients. It is specified that among the participants there will be a bronze medalist of the European Championship and the World Championship in snowboarding Ekaterina Lyusina.

On January 19, 2021, the “School for Young Copywriters” course will begin. The programme is designed for those who want to write texts. It will tell its participants how to promote their own business through copywriting, think creatively, and improve the quality of their texts. It is promised that participants will not only receive useful information but also do their homework to practice new skills.
