Specialists of the ‘My Career’ Employment Centre, as part of the ‘Mom Works’ programme, provide support to women with children, the Moscow Mayor official website reports. For 9 months, more than 13 thousand women who have children received help from the centre and almost 6 thousand people have already been employed, told Irina Shvets, the director of the Centre.
“We form a culture of caring for mothers and understanding their special problems and needs, we individually approach each life situation. We know that it is important to give the main thing, that is calm and confidence in the future,” said Shvets.
She noted that the centre has created all the conditions for women’s successful self-development. Every woman can receive a stable income while raising a child. Depending on the age of a child, women may be offered different working conditions, such as a 4 or 7 hours working day. The centre also allows women to get in capital schools knowledge and skills necessary for employment.
