More than 50 couples are going to get married on Valentine’s Day in Moscow, according to the ‘Moscow‘ city news agency, with reference to the press service of the city registry office.
This year February 14 will be on Sunday which is a day off for the registry offices. So registrations of Moscow couples will take place in the wedding palaces No. 1 and No. 3 which work daily. It is noted that the maximum number of couples (more than 30) will get married in the Wedding Palace No. 1, better known as the Griboyedov Civil Registry Office, and about 20 ceremonies are planned in the Wedding Palace No. 3.
It is noted that in 2020, on February 14, about 500 couples of citizens got married. This year, on the eve of Valentine’s Day, more than 800 couples will be married around the city. Among them, about 60 ceremonies will take place at unusual venues.
