A poetic project dedicated to Mother’s Day, which was celebrated on November 29, has come to an end in Moscow. From November 9 to November 27, city residents sent over 500 video greetings on which they recited poetry, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
It is noted that this year the project which gathers together children reciting poetry was held in a remote format. Earlier, more than 2,000 children-readers took part in the action, which was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. They recited the works of Robert Rozhdestvensky, Konstantin Simonov, Alexander Tvardovsky, and many others. A video with congratulations can be viewed on the pages of the Mosgorpark in its social networks VKontakte, Facebook, and Instagram.
