The Omsk Ministry of Property plans to purchase 757 apartments for 1.2 billion rubles for graduates of orphanages. 650 million were allocated from the federal budget, the rest – from the regional one. In 2020 it is planned to buy 249 apartments for 372 million rubles.
The Ministry invites developers and property owners to take part in auctions for the purchase of apartments, the first of which will be announced on the website of the Sberbank-AST (Automated Trading System) in February.
Over the past few years, 2.4 thousand orphans have received housing in the region, reports Om1.ru. However, it was reported earlier that graduates of orphanages complain about the conditions of the apartments provided to them, so additional attention should be paid to this problem.
