More than 900 students from Moscow schools took part in the first stage of the ‘Soft Skills 2035’ leadership competency triathlon championship, the Moskva city news agency reported.
It is specified that students were engaged in solving cases from employers of leading Russian companies and recruiting agencies. The participants were looking for new ideas for real-life projects, coming up with common activities for different organizations, and solving conflict situations. It is expected that the final will gather the most active participants who have the skills necessary for a successful career in any company.
In addition, the 500 best-performing participants were invited to the second stage of the championship, an online gaming tournament, which will be held from February 8 to 28, 2021. There, the participants will unite into teams and work together on the project. In the course of work, students will be required to demonstrate both high team results and good individual skills.
