The State Committee for Tourism of Tatarstan told how the preferences of tourists have changed in connection with the pandemic, KazanFirst reports.
According to the Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism of Tatarstan, Sergey Ivanov, the pandemic affected the booking of tours. In particular, the number of trips over short distances to neighboring regions has increased, people began to make a choice in favour of individual travel much more often, and the number of group tours has also decreased due to the current epidemiological situation.
