People&Pasta on Tsvetnoy Boulevard opened in 2014 and brought to the capital of Russia atmosphere of hot Italy. Foreigners can be seen at the next table, and in the evenings, actors from nearby theatres come for dinner.
People&Pasta is a network of pasta bars. Italians love informal establishments where you can feel like a real culinary specialist and a long-awaited guest. So the creators were inspired by the atmospheric Italian bistro and created their pasta bars.
The brand-chef of the institution, Evgeny Levchenko, is a supporter of a healthy diet, therefore, in addition to regular positions, dishes from fresh seasonal products are introduced into the menu.
In the open kitchen, chefs create a delicious pasta for which guests themselves choose the main ingredients: its shape, base and piquant topping. You can also try Italian desserts, thin-crust pizza and salads with original dressings. For salad or pasta, you can order white, red or sparkling wine, cider, bottled or draft beer. Non-alcoholic drinks include berry juice, coffee and tea.
Recently, the third institution of the People&Pasta network has opened on Maroseyka St. The first two are located on Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Derbenevskaya Embankment in the Novospassky Business Center.
