Russian Environmental Operator proposed to introduce a penalty for mixing separately collected waste, the channel 360 reports.
The officials of the environmental protection service received messages from residents that when garbage is removed from container sites, waste from all containers falls into one garbage truck. It is noted that to introduce a ban on waste mixing, it is necessary to approve the procedure for separate collection of waste by state entities. At the moment, this has already been done in Moscow, the Moscow region, Mordovia, and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
