The launch is the first and only one for Proton this year. It is known that putting satellites into orbit will take a record of 18 hours. It is specified that it became the ninth space launch in Russia in a year. It is also noted that the sending of telecommunications satellites into orbit was scheduled for March, but the rocket was returned to Moscow to replace the low-quality components found at the cosmodrome.
