A high-heeled race was held on the Kremlin Embankment in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, in which not only women but also men took part, the RG.ru reports.
It is noted that the winners of the competition were identified at a distance of 60 metres. The competitors had to overcome this distance in shoes with a heel of at least 10 centimetres.
As a prize for the first place, the girls were promised a certificate for 30,000 rubles for purchases in a shoe store, and the men were promised sneakers. Also among the prizes were certificates to a beauty salon.
As a result, the winner of the women’s race ran the distance in 11.7 seconds and became the owner of the main prize. It is interesting that as many as three participants competed in the men’s race, having made a show even more exciting.
