The top three among the districts of Old Moscow for transactions in the primary market since the beginning of the year were Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, Nizhegorodsky, and Ochakovo-Matveevskoye.
Khoroshevo-Mnevniki has taken the first place in the rating of Moscow districts in terms of the number of transactions in the primary market of Old Moscow since the beginning of 2022. From January 1 to March 15, 831 deals were concluded in this location (excluding the elite segment), and the average price for 1 square meter is now about 535 thousand rubles, according to analysts of the Metrium company.
Second place in the number of transactions (759) occupied the Nizhegorodsky district, the average price of a square meter in which is 282 thousand rubles. In the third place turned out to be Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, where 755 deals have been concluded since the beginning of the year, and the average price for 1 square meter there is 335 thousand rubles.
The fourth place with 573 transactions is in the district of Lublino (Southern Administrative District), where the average price of a square meter is 212 thousand rubles. Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo closes the top five with a result of 551 transactions and the average price of 1 square meter – 312 thousand rubles.
A total of 31.3 thousand lots are currently for sale in new buildings in Old Moscow (excluding the elite segment). Average price of 1 square meter is 398 thousand rubles.
