An exhausted man was found in hard-to-reach areas. The man was removed from the water and taken to the village on an all-terrain vehicle. In a state of extreme physical exhaustion, he was transferred to doctors.
According to the 1st-class rescuer Alexander Borisov, the thickness of the ice in the bay ranged from 10 centimetres to a thin crust of frozen snow. Hotkeys beat ice everywhere. The all-terrain vehicle could not go to the site without failures. It was decided to strengthen the grouping with additional equipment and people, reports E1.RU.
