The “Catching Emotions” Rostov social movement for people with cancer diagnosis received the ‘Media Popularity 2021’ award as the best charity project. The awarding took place at the “Top in Planet” project forum in Moscow where the best projects in the field of charity and professional achievements were presented, 1rnd reports.
It is noted that the #Lovlyuemotions (@lovlyu_emotions) movement was created in Rostov-on-Don two years ago and has already united more than 300 people diagnosed with oncology from different cities of Russia and abroad. The authors of the project aim to support people and provide them with information and psychological assistance.
“Over the two years of our movement’s existence, we have held many interesting events, vivid photo sessions, horseback riding and biking, ethnic holidays and dance projects. After all, it is those people who have been on the edge who begin to appreciate life like no one else and enjoy every day. We still have many interesting ideas that we will certainly implement,” the creative director of the movement, Larisa Loskutova, said.
