On October 10, sports competitions dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the Southern Federal University (SFedU) took place on the territory of the Meridian sports complex, the press service of the educational institution reports.
More than a hundred students and employees of SFedU took part in a sports flash mob and competitions in drafts, swimming, and darts. The competitors also jumped rope, ran, threw a basketball into the ring, passed in volleyball, and engaged in other types of physical activity.
The judges were teachers and associate professors of the university. The general management was performed by the director of the Academy of Physical Culture and Sports of the SFedU Tatyana Stepanova.
