The ‘Career Time’ campaign is a large-scale event that has brought together more than 200 Russian employers, the press service the South Federal University reports. The project is aimed at promoting the employment and professional development of students and staff of universities, as well as assistance for employers in the selection of personnel.
Students of universities and colleges, graduates, as well as young professionals under the age of 30, can become project participants. Company executives, experts, and hiring specialists will tell the participants of the event how to please an HR specialist and get a successful job interview. It is specified that students take part in more than 30 online activities, namely, masterclasses (“How to Find a Job Without Work Experience?”, “The Secret of an Effective CV”), workshops (“The First Place of Work When Everything is Remote”, “Test Your Knowledge in the Sphere of Personal Financial Security”), webinars (“The Art of Self-Presentation”, “Digital Projects in the Nuclear Industry”), express interviews, and much more.
