The Russian military found an UAV with liquid containers and sprayers on the territory of one of the military units abandoned by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region.
“Presumably, these aircraft could be used to spray poisonous substances to harm both the Russian Armed Forces and the civilian population and farmland,” one of the servicemen said.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, gave an order to establish the circumstances of the possible use of toxic substances by the Ukrainian military.
It should be reminded that information about the possibility of Ukraine spraying dangerous substances from drones was revealed soon as the documents about secret biolabs in Ukraine were studied by Russian specialists.
That time, Russian Defense Ministry drew attention to the facts of the development in the US of technical means of delivery and the use of biological weapons. Thus, the US Patent and Trademark Agency issued document No. 8,967,029 for an unmanned aerial vehicle for the spread of infected insects in the air. The description of the patent states that with the help of this device, enemy troops can be eliminated or disabled without risk to US military personnel.
Other patents show various types of ammunition for the delivery of chemical and biological formulations. In their description, it is said that they have “a low specific cost of defeat and no need for contact with enemy manpower,” which corresponds to the concept of “contactless war” implemented by Washington. The possibility of equipping capsules with toxic, radioactive, narcotic substances, as well as pathogens of infectious diseases is also shown.
