At the end of 2019, Russia strengthened its position in the list of the best countries in the world.
The list of the American publication (US News & World Report) includes 73 countries, the standard of living in which is evaluated by 65 criteria.
According to an updated assessment of the media, in 2020 Russia moved to 23rd place. In the previous two years, it occupied the 24th and 26th places, respectively.
In addition to the overall rating, the authors of the study also identified the best Russian sides. In their opinion, the Russian Federation deserves the first place as a country where it is best to start a career, the second place as the most powerful country, and the fourth as the most influential.
