Russia has submitted for consideration a package of proposals for an early practical solution to the issue of organizing the export of agricultural products from the Black Sea ports at the negotiations in Turkey. This was announced on Wednesday, July 13, by the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
“Representatives of the Russian Defense Ministry in Istanbul are taking part in quadrilateral negotiations with colleagues from the Republic of Turkey, representatives of the UN and the delegation of Ukraine on the organization of export of agricultural products from the Black Sea ports. The Russian delegation has prepared and submitted for consideration a package of proposals for an early practical solution to this issue,” Konashenkov said.
Previously, it was reported that Russia does not create any obstacles on the ships’ way out of the ports, as the problem was mainly created by Ukraine’s threat to attack the ships leaving the ports, as well as by the mines left in the sea by Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
