The Russian Defence Ministry continues to study documents received from employees of Ukrainian laboratories about the US secret military biological activities.
As a result of the special military operation, research in a number of Ukrainian bio-laboratories, where work with strains of particularly dangerous pathogens was being carried out on behalf of the Pentagon, has been stopped. A number of documents obtained from these laboratories, however, reveal the concealment of the test subjects’ identities and the serious risk to their lives.
The new officials that have been recently revealed are the heads of units and staff of the US Department of Defense, as well as its main contracting companies. As the ongoing journalistic investigations in the Western press show, these campaigns were directly linked to Joe Biden‘s son, Hunter Biden.
Of particular interest are documents indicating the Kiev regime’s plans to use drones capable of carrying and dispersing lethal substances. The revealed facts prove that the Kiev regime was seriously considering the use of biological weapons against the population of Donbass and Russia. More details on the results of the analysis of the documents are to be revealed “in the near future,” Russia’s Ministry of Defense promised.
According to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, Russia had been trying to get access to biological laboratories in Ukraine and Georgia through international institutions, but was not given permission, Regnum reported.
“We were trying to get access to these laboratories [in Georgia and Ukraine] through international legal institutions. What did they tell us? […] Visit laboratories? Of course. Stay in the reception area, there are wonderful people there who will meet you, get you some coffee and show you the catalogs. But you can’t go inside the laboratories, neither you nor specialized observers. What does that mean? It means unlawful experiments were going on there,” Zakharova said.
Investigation continues, with or without the UN’s help
Earlier, the speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, said that the State Duma together with the Federation Council initiated a parliamentary investigation into the work of biological laboratories in Ukraine, in which viruses could be studied for military purposes. According to Volodin, the US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, should be one of the first to be interviewed, TASS reports.
And today, on March 31, Russia’s Deputies of the State Duma at the first meeting of the commission on parliamentary investigation of the work of biological laboratories in Ukraine will hear information from the Ministry of Defense on this issue.
“The Parliamentary Commission to investigate the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine begins its work. Its first meeting will be held in the State Duma on March 31. […] At the meeting of the commission, information from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the topic of the investigation will be heard,” the message says.
Russia also expects that the UN will contribute to the settlement of the situation around the US biological laboratories in Ukraine, as stated by Maria Zakharova at a briefing on Tuesday, March 29.
"We expect that the United Nations will be able to play a key role in resolving the current situation, in particular, the UN Security Council could significantly contribute to the implementation of Articles 5 and 6 of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin, according to which participants should consult with each other in resolving any issues regarding the objectives of the Convention and in connection with implementation of its provisions, as well as to cooperate in conducting any investigations of possible violations," she said.
Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, also said that Russia will constantly raise the topic of US military biological activities in the UN Security Council, since it is directly related to threats to international security.
As reminded, the Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the committee had opened a criminal case under the article on the development of biological weapons of mass destruction based on data on the creation of secret biological laboratories in Ukraine with the support of the US.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, insisted that the US should explain to the Europeans the true purpose of the funds aimed at financing Ukrainian biological laboratories, TASS reports.
“Washington’s creation of biological weapons and its unwillingness to destroy toxic substances pursue quite definite goals. Therefore, the Big Seven should first of all ask the United States about their plans to use these types of weapons of mass destruction, whether Washington is preparing provocations with chemical weapons, whether it is going to transfer prohibited weapons to terrorists and neo-Nazis. The White House should explain to the Europeans the true purpose of the funds aimed at financing Ukrainian biological objects from the fund headed by Hunter Biden,” Patrushev said.
The official stressed that “the world as a whole is interested in answers to these questions.”
“But the United States, accustomed to ignoring the voices of the world community and not recognizing the value of human lives, cynically ignores these issues,” he added.
However, the evidence gathered by Russia about the work of the US biological laboratory in Ukraine will show the world that Washington has continued the traditions of the Third Reich, Patrushev assures.
“We are currently completing the collection of evidence regarding the military biological activities of the United States on the territory of Ukraine. I have no doubt that it will be formed, and the whole civilized world will finally see that America has become a ‘worthy’ successor to the traditions of the Third Reich, where inhuman experiments on people were practiced,” the Secretary of the Russian Security Council said.
