It is specified that flights to Baku from Orenburg and to Sanya from Novosibirsk are planned to be carried out five and twice a week, respectively. The agency also issued the Azimut carrier a permit to fly from Krasnodar airport, temporarily closed due to the situation in Ukraine to Samsun (Turkey). Permission has been obtained for seven flights per week.

However, the Federal Air Transport Agency has revoked a number of permits for flights to Greece and Cyprus. Thus, Red Wings canceled permits for flights from Volgograd to Athens, Corfu and Mykonos, as well as from Saratov and Volgograd to Larnaca.
