The Rosselkhozbank experts found out which categories of goods and services increased spending by bank cardholders at the end of July 2020. The top three were the costs of travel and recreation, transport, and restaurants and entertainment, om1 reported.
The most popular item of expenses of the clients on bank cards in the period from July 16 to July 31 was the payment of tourist vouchers. The expenses of cardholders for this category of services in the last two weeks of July increased by more than 75% compared to the beginning of the month.
The second most popular expense item was transportation costs. In the last two weeks of July, the volume of card transactions in this category increased by more than 10% compared to the beginning of the month.
The top three were closed by the expenses in restaurants. From July 16 to July 31, the expenses of holders of Rosselkhozbank cards in this category increased by 9.7% compared to the first two weeks of the month.
