On June 13 Russians traditionally celebrate Brewer’s Day. In honour of this holiday, brewers decided to share the taste of Russian residents and stated that Russians most often prefer to drink weak light filtered beer, RIA News reports.
According to the chairman of the Council of the Union of Russian Brewers, Daniil Briman, in hot weather, the consumption of dark varieties of beer decreases. He noted that the most preferred is a light filtered beer with a density of 10-12 per cent and an ethyl alcohol content of 4 to 5 per cent.
