The twelfth women’s world chess champion, 37-year-old grandmaster Alexandra Kostenyuk, played a draw with Humpy Koneru from India, Bibisara Assaubayeva from Kazakhstan, and Russian Ekaterina Lagno at the Rapid World Championship in Warsaw on Tuesday. After that, having scored a total of 9 points, she got too far from her rivals for them to still compete with her.
