The Rabota.ru job search service conducted a study among more than 1,500 respondents from all regions of Russia and found out what charitable activities Russian companies are planning at the end of 2020.
According to the results of the study, 3% of the surveyed representatives of Russian companies are going to participate in charity events for the first time this year, while 18% of companies annually allocate funds for such purposes.
It is clarified that a quarter of Russian companies are ready to allocate up to 10% of revenue this year for charity, 2% will be able to spend up to 20% of their revenue, the same amount – up to 35%, and 1% of employers are ready to provide support in the amount of up to 50% from the total amount of a company’s revenue.
Also, more than half of the surveyed companies (53%) that plan to participate in charity events at the end of the year will support orphanages, 19% will send charitable funds to support the poor, 15% support the elderly, 13% – will help people fight diseases, and 11% are going to help animals.
