The Russian woman, Marina Granovskaya, was recognized as the best football manager of 2021 in Europe, according to the ‘Tuttosport’ Italian resource.
Granovskaya holds the post of director of the Chelsea football club in London, which won the Champions League last season. In 2010, the Russian woman became a representative of the owner of Chelsea, Russian businessman Roman Abramovich. Three years later, she joined the board of directors of the London team.
As reminded, Chelsea has scored 29 points in 12 rounds of the English Premier League this season, so currently, the team leads the standings. In the Champions League, the Londoners are second in the group with nine points after four matches.
