A new film directed by actor, Danila Kozlovsky, entitled “Chernobyl” about the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster will be shown in North America by the company ‘Central Partnership’, TASS reported.
It is specified that the film tells a story about human courage and self-sacrifice. The main characters are three liquidators of the disaster, a fireman, an engineer, and a diver. It is noted that the Russian premiere of the picture is planned for October 22. The rights to distribution in North America acquired the company Capelight Pictures. The film will also be shown in South Korea, Latin America, Japan, Israel, Spain, and the Baltic states.
