The expert recommended quarantining in the country if it is equipped and has heating. According to Valeriy, physical activity is the most important in conditions of self-isolation. The elderly are advised to exercise on a stationary bike or stepper. He added that active retirees are 1.7 times less likely to die than passive ones. The specialist also stated the importance of observing the self-isolation regime on the whole, as well as the need to refrain from drinking alcohol.
