The General Director of the non-profit organization ‘Digital Platforms’, Arseny Scheltsin, spoke about the ways to increase the smartphone uptime without recharging, 1prime reports.
According to the expert, first of all, it’s necessary to remove all the applications that have not been used for a long time, as they can start to send various reports or request updates. Removing them will add up to 10 per cent of the phone operating time. Scheltsin noted that it is also necessary to limit the operation of the applications operating in the background, like messengers, social networks, maps, navigators, or search engines. Arseny advised disabling additional services, such as NFS, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, as well as reducing the brightness of the device screen and enabling the power saving mode.
