The most expensive rental housing in Moscow is rented for more than 5 million rubles, RIA Real Estate reported with reference to the Avito Real Estate service. This is a seven-room flat in a “palace style”, which is located in the elite residential complex 300 metres from the Park Kultury metro station.
“Inside you will find truly royal interiors. Marble and precious woods in the decoration, three-metre ceilings, and a spacious area of 487 square metres. The owners allow staying in the flat with a pet,” the experts said.
A three-level penthouse in a historic building in the city centre with a glass dome, a summer veranda, and a total area of 633 square metres is rented for 4.8 million rubles. There is a huge grand piano, next to it is a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, and upstairs there is a private hammam and a massage room. It is noted that a separate room is provided for the service personnel.
For 3 million rubles a month there is a possibility to rent a seven-room flat with a wine cellar, a swimming pool, and a sauna. The ceilings are 3.5 metres high there and space is decorated with Swarovski crystal chandeliers. There are also separate entrances from the parking lot and the courtyard.
