Russian tourism industry experts (TurStat) made a rating of the best resorts and regions of Russia for a recreation holiday. Leading among the destinations were the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, and Stavropol.
The top 10 resorts also included Kislovodsk, Anapa, Yessentuki, Pyatigorsk, Gelendzhik, Zheleznovodsk, Bashkiria, and Altai. It is noted that in Sochi, for a room, food, and treatment in sanatoriums you will have to pay an average of 2,800 rubles per day, in the Crimea it is 2,400 rubles, in Kislovodsk it is 3,300 rubles, and in Anapa, it’s 2,500 rubles per day. The cheapest sanatorium treatment is in the Chelyabinsk region (2,000 rubles per day).
