The minimum price of renting a flat in Moscow is not higher than 20,000 rubles. According to the study conducted by the ‘Incom – Real Estate’ agency, such a price for a one-room flat in the old Moscow has been relevant since April 2020, Interfax reports.
It is noted that from September 2019 to March 2020 the amount fluctuated between 23-24 thousand rubles. It is also specified that for 20,000 in Moscow, you can rent a one-room flat with furniture and household appliances near the metro station Shchelkovskaya. The total area of such a flat will be 33 square metres.
